Technically, Holland was of the age that he could be Kells dad (even if he didn't look it). The suggestion had little to do with actual fatherhood, at least. It held a different tone and when Kell almost whispered the word, like he was trying it out, uncertain but willing, that warmth hit in Hollands gut again.
Both of the fingers that were inside of the younger mans warm sheath rocked, stretched, probed and curled; coaxing his muscles with both heat and chill to relax and light up all at the same time.
He leaned back again, just enough to be able to look down into those mismatched eyes, "Say it again."
