Kell bites his lip as the hand teases him or it feels like a tease. He knew it's true that he could come more than once. There's probably more than a couple times that he could come. He leaned up to meet the kiss that never came.

When Holland puts it that way he doesn't feel like fighting all that much but he doesn't give in just yet.
